These yoga blocks are used in a.o. Iyengar, Anusara, Ashtanga, Restorative and Power Yoga. They are mainly used for support in backbends and to place under hands in standing poses. They are also used as a tool in physiotherapy.

The cork is hand-harvest for long life, the trees are not cut down to harvest cork, rather, the bark is harvested by hand every 9 years. Cork oak trees can live up to 300 years!
