Himalayan salt bath
Wash your body before hopping in the tub, you want to start with a clean slate, so nothing (remnants of your shampoo, body lotion or perfume) pollutes your salt bath. This way, you’ll get maximum benefits from the experience.
Dissolve 100g of Himalayan salt is warm water and poor into your tub. Soak in the warm bath, enjoy and relax.
Drink enough water to hydrate while you bathe.
For a footbath you dissolve 2-3 scoops of Himalayan salt is warm water.
