Lavender syrup
Organic Lavandula Angustifolia plant is used for this minty lavender syrup. This type of lavender grows at small farms in the continental part of Croatia where there is a cooler climate. The taste of the flowers is therefore mild and soft and is therefore ideal for making a very surprising drink.
