With this carbon steel popcorn pan, it´s easy to make fresh popcorn over an open fire or barbecue. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 1/3 cup (approx 50gr) of popcorn kernels to the pan. Close and securely lock the lid. Hold the closed pan about 5-8cm above the flame or barbecue coals. Do not place the pan directly on the coals or too close to the flame to avoid burning.
Important: Shake the pan regularly back and forth so all the kernels are coated in oil and pop evenly. Remove the pan from the heat once the popping has almost stopped (after about 2-4 minutes).
Caution: Hot oil may splash.
