The pillow is made from handwoven fabric with Flower of Life symbol block-printed on top. The Flower of Life – symbolising purity and wholeness.
The buckwheat shell stuffing provides optimal support to your spine and are moisturising and grounding due to their unique shape. Comes with a sturdy handle, easy to carry your pillow around the house or to your class.
These yoga pillows are handmade with love by skilled craftswoman in Nepal. First, in a weaving workshop, raw cotton is spun by hand into thick threads, and these threads are then used to weave fabrics in elaborate patterns. Craftswomen of small workshops then use these handwoven fabrics to make the yoga pillows. The inner cushion with zipper is filled with buckwheat hulls in Europe.
The height of the cushion can be adjusted if necessary.

Wash the cover separately by hand in cold water. Hang to dry. Do not wring.
Adjustable and refillable
The height of the meditation cushion may be adapted to your preference by removing some of the filling.
The buckwheat hulls in the meditation cushion will settle after a while, therefore, to maintain best sitting comfort, it needs to be refilled once in a while.
